Tóm tắt

Objectives: To evaluate bone marrow (BM) and results of BM stem cell (SC) collection in cirrhotic patients, as a premise for autologous BM-SC transplantation in cirrhotic patients. Subjects and methods: 29 patients who had decompensated cirrhosis due to hepatitis B virus were performed BM test. We collected 300 mL of BM fluid from the pelvis, isolated mononuclear cell components by centrifugal method, cell density stratification. BM composition test before and after concentration was done. Results: BM cell count and composition, CD34+ cell count of cirrhotic patients were normal. The removal rate of red blood count was 99.76 ± 0.28%; the rate of retaining mononuclear cells was 30.06 ± 9.81%, retention rate of CD34+ cells was 51.81 ± 22.98%; SCs block with a total number of CD34+ was 1.97 ± 7.78 x 106 cells; mesenchymal SCs count was 58.45 ± 41.45 x 106 cells. Conclusion: BM in cirrhosis patients were basically normal, collected BM block reached good results, eliminating most of the mature cells in the finished SC block. * Keywords: Bone marrow stem cells; Cirrhosis; Quality of stem cells; Bone marrow.
